The IO-Link overcomes the limits of analog connections in hydraulics by using a point-to-point communication through a single unshielded moulded cable for valve power supply and digital communication with the machine central unit. A smart technology that reduces commissioning time, simplifies diagnostics and meets Industry 4.0 requirements simultaneously.
The pre-series availability of IO-Link servoproportional & high performance directionals plus flow control valves, start in January, for both direct and pilot operated valves. The series production will start in Q2/2022, initially for direct operated valves DLHZO/DLKZOR, DHZO/DKZOR, QVHZO/QVKZOR and it will be progressively extended to all piloted valves DPZO, LIQZO/P.

FPH in-line high pressure filters

FPH are now more competitive thanks to the optimization of manufacturing process and they also offer an enlarged filtration range to best meet various application requirements.
Main characteristics:
• 2 head sizes with different filter lengths
• SAE 6000 flanges, metric bolts
• Microfibre filter elements

FRS tank-top return filters

FRS have been enriched with new sizes, filtration ratings and accessories to increase the interchangeability to competitor’s models and to extend their applications to big size plants.
Main characteristics:
• 4 head sizes with different filter lengths
• BSPP or SAE J1926-1 threaded ports
• Microfibre or cellulose filter elements
• Optional discharge ending pipes and diffusers

FPS in-line high pressure filters

New FPS series 20 are now characterized by operating pressure up to 420 bar and very competitive prices, thanks to a renewed design and manufacturing process.
Main characteristics:                                                                                           
• 3 head sizes with different filter lengths
• BSPP or SAE J1926-1 threaded ports
• Enhanced Corrosion Protection, up to 600h in salt spray
• Microfibre filter elements

 

DHL & DHE solenoid valves replace DHI

DHI solenoid valves, currently in phase-out status, from 2022 will be replaced by the DHL & DHE valves.

DHL range covers options for manual override WP, auxiliary hand levers MV/MO and Deutsch connectors XK. While safety executions FI/FV, special seals BT/EP, cURus solenoids and connectors XJ/XS are available in the DHE range.
